By using this site and our A‑Level Economics feedback services, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, please email tutor@economicsstudyhub.org before purchasing.
What we provide: Personalised written feedback on your A‑Level Economics answers, offered in two tiers (Standard and Comprehensive).
Free materials: You may use our free study modules and questions for personal study.
Packages and prices:
Standard feedback: £17.99 (1 module) • £32.99 (2 modules)
Comprehensive feedback: £49.99 (1 module) • £89.99 (2 modules) • £129.99 (3 modules)
Turnaround commitments:
Standard & Comprehensive (1 module): Within 5 working days
Comprehensive (2 modules): Within 6 working days
Comprehensive (3 modules): Within 7 working days
Working days definition:
Working days: Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays and any announced service breaks (see “Service interruptions”).
How to submit: Use our Google Form link (preferred). If you prefer not to sign in with a Google account, you may email your script(s) to tutor@economicsstudyhub.org.
File types accepted: PDF (preferred), DOCX, JPG, PNG.
Single file preference: Upload a single file where possible; multiple pages should be combined into one PDF if you can.
Legibility standard: Work must be clear, readable, and well‑lit (for scans/photos). Illegible submissions may be returned for resubmission, which pauses the turnaround timer.
Google account sign‑in: For security, Google requires respondents to sign in before uploading files via the form. If you do not wish to sign in, use the email fallback and include your name and PayPal transaction ID.
Payment method: All feedback services are paid in advance via PayPal Payment Links (cards or PayPal account).
Matching payments: Include your PayPal transaction ID in your submission so we can match payment to your work promptly.
Refunds:
Before delivery: If we have not started work and you request cancellation, we will refund.
After delivery: Because feedback is personalised, refunds are generally not offered. If you believe there is a material issue with the feedback (e.g., incomplete or not delivered to the agreed package), email us — we will review and either correct, partial‑refund, or refund at our discretion.
Pricing changes: Prices may change over time; the price shown at payment is the price that applies.
Illness/unforeseen circumstances: If we are unexpectedly unavailable (e.g., serious illness), we will post a notice on the site, email affected clients, and offer either:
Option A: An adjusted delivery date as soon as service resumes, or
Option B: A full refund if the delay is unsuitable for you.
Planned holidays: We announce holiday dates in advance on the site. Orders placed immediately before a holiday will be processed after the return date. We may temporarily disable payment links during holiday periods to avoid new submissions.
Force majeure: Events beyond our control (e.g., major outages) may extend turnaround times; we will notify you and offer reasonable remedies.
Tutor feedback is original work. You receive a non‑exclusive, limited licence for personal study only. Redistribution, publication, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
In short: you can use feedback to study and improve, but you may not share it publicly or sell it. Unauthorized redistribution may result in termination of service, takedown requests, and/or legal action. If you believe you have rights to reuse content, contact us to request permission.

Not a substitute for tuition: Our service complements independent study and classroom learning; it is not ongoing tutoring unless separately agreed.
